Let me tell you a little about myself.

At one point I was 235 pounds. I looked in the mirror and felt horrible about┬áthe way I looked and was very ashamed. How could I let myself get like this. I wasnt working out, eating junk food constantly, drinking excessively, and just living a very unhealthy life overall. I knew I had to make a change…

I decided to make a commitment to get in the gym, and get serious about getting the body I truly desired. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, so I had to get myself in the right mindset and to do that I picked up a few personal development books to help me get in the right state of mind which you can find them here.

I developed my own workout routine and diet plan  that got me results in a matter of weeks. The workout routine, was simple yet effective, and didnt involve anything crazy or complex, like calorie counting, etc etc.

In a matter of weeks i was a little under 200 pounds!

I created this blog to help my readers achieve the same results, because I want you to live a more healthy and fulfilling life. At the end of the day this is about YOU, not me.
