How to Achieve Your Goals and be a WINNER in 5 Easy Steps

Today I want to change gears a bit from fitness, and talk to you abou achieving you goals because everyone wants to achieve their dreams but really do not have a clear cut plan on how to reach them. Well don’t worry about it, I got you. Heres how to reach them is 5 easy steps.

Write Down Your Goals Every Day

Start right now and write down each goal you want to achieve for the current year. Write them down twice a day, one in the morning and at night. After you finish writing, start visualizing your goals. This will help you stay focused on what you need to accomplish.

Have Gratitude for What You Already Have

Be thankful for what you already have, and stop worrying about what you don’t have. There are plenty of people in this world that have way less then you. Once you instill gratitude, your mind will become clear and have clarity to do what needs to be done to get what you desire.

Be Proactive, Not Reactive

You will not achieve your goals by just sitting around, hoping and wishing on a star. If you think things will just come to you, and manifest itself out of thin air, you are going to be very dissapointed. Its time to start making things happen, and not worrying about what others may say or think about your aspirations. Forget Them. Get out there, make waves, and watch your dreams become reality.

Take Imperfect Action0

Stop analyzing, planning, and thinking about different scenarios, or the dreaded “What If?”. Look, things rarely go as planned, so just stop worrying about the outcomes, and take imperfect action. Learn from your mistakes, adjust accordingly, and try again. The more action you take, the more closer you are to reaching your goals.

Start Celebrating Every “Win”

For every accomplishment you achieve, no matter how small, you need to celebrate it so you can stay motivated to achieve new goals. Treat yourself to dinner or a movie, or anything else that you may enjoy. You deserve it after all. You are taking action everyday to improve your life, and be a better person in the future.
